2024 PV Girls Field Hockey

Welcome to the PV Field Hockey Program!

We serve Perkiomen Valley and Spring Ford Communities.

Registration for the 2024 Fall Field Hockey Program is now open! Registration will run until 7/31. Late registration will begin on 8/1 and will incur a $25 late fee. Please register early.

The 2024 season will begin the first week of September and run through October. Practices are usually once per week and typically on the same night each week. Games are once per week and typically on Saturdays. Practices and games may take place on the field hockey fields located behind the Perkiomen Valley High School or on the turf fields, also at the high school.

Divisions:

Rising Kindergarten

A clinic format with a portion of drills and scrimmage. Players will meet once a week for one session that will incorporate both skills and play basics.

Rising 1st and 2nd Grade

A 7v7 format on a half field with no goalies and no corners. Teams will practice once per week with games on Saturday mornings.

Rising 3rd and 4th Grade

A 7v7 format on a half field with some goalies and no corners. Teams will practice once per week with games on Saturday mornings.

Rising 5th and 6th Grade

A 7v7 format on a half field with goalies and corner play. Teams will practice once per week with games on Saturday mornings.

All players will receive a team pinney and matching field hockey socks. Players are responsible for providing their own stick, shin guards and mouth guards. Cleats are recommended but not required.
